when you are going back and forth with your ex and you both still love each other and you have tried hard to move on but didn’t out of respect for them and them basically talking you out of moving on…and you don’t (which was my fault) because you’re still hopeful. Then suddenly they tell you they have moved on.

Not cool.

They got so easily what you were trying so hard to get. Three days before Christmas they decide to tell you they have been ‘seeing someone else’. Merry Christmas to me.
